Elf Dogs and Other Animals: A Talk with M. T. Anderson In-Person
Join author M. T. Anderson as he discusses how living alone with a dog in the midst of the Covid shutdown in Vermont led to the writing of his Newbery Honor-award winning fantasy Elf Dog and Owl Head. He'll talk about the bond between human and animal - and how it might be different in Vermont than in some other places. Kids are encouraged to bring and tell their own stories of the extraordinary animals they've known.
This event is geared towards readers 8-12 years old. No registration required.
Howe Library is proud to host this Vermont Humanities Council program. This program is part of our Vermont Reads series on Kenneth Cadow's award-winning debut novel Gather.
