Do you have new or like new craft supplies that aren't being used? Do you have extra paint, scrapbook paper, fabric, or other items left over from a completed project taking up room in your craft room?  Keep them out of the landfill and refresh your supply stash at our Craft Supply Swap!  We're partnering with rePlay Arts, who are providing some supplies for the swap, as well as taking unclaimed supplies at the end of the day.  

How does this work?

• We'll accept supplies in new or like new condition. It can be unopened/unused or partially used.
  • That sewing pattern you never used? Great! 
  • That half used scrapbook paper stack? Also great!
• Nothing moldy, mildewy, broken, or water damaged. It has to be something people can use. 
• Items can be dropped off in advance at the reference desk from Monday, March 17 to Friday, March 28. 
  • Please bring only one bag or box of items. If you have more you'd like to donate, please contact reference@thehowe.org.
  • Thank you in advance for not putting craft items in our book drops or leaving them outside the library. 
• On the day of the swap, you can come and choose from the gathered supplies.
  • Everyone is welcome to attend, whether you donate supplies or not.
