Saving the Slipper Orchids from Extinction in New England In-Person / Online

Join students from area high schools as they talk about their orchid propagation research in association with New Hampshire Academy of Science. This program is co-sponsored by the Howe Library and the Hanover Conservancy. This is a hybrid event.  Join us in person in the Mayer Room or online via Zoom. No registration required in person; register for Zoom here. (Please note that this program will be followed by the annual meeting of the Hanover Conservancy at 7:45.)

Students who have published their research internationally will present their genetic and horticultural slipper orchid conservation research as well as their outreach to the regional community through creating slipper sanctuaries on public and private land.
